During the low season

During the high season

  • Our prices are per night and per room. A very rich breakfast for 2 persons with tasty local products is included.
  • The reservation is only final and the room is guaranteed once we receive the total amount (within 5 days). 
  • We ask for a minimum stay of 2 nights. A stay of 1 night is possible but is always on request and subject to a supplement of 20 euros per room.
  • High season : period from December 15 to January 15, from April 1 to September 30, all school vacations and all holidays and long weekends
  • We have special rates for long stays during the off-season.

Practical information

  • Our rooms are equiped for a maximum occupancy of 2 persons.
  • Room Louise has a twin arrangement (2 separate beds). The beds can be put together if desired.
  • Rooms Julien and Arnaud have double beds (1m60).
  • We are very happy to welcome our guests personally between 4pm and 6pm. By text or whatsapp we would like to hear about an arrival time.
  • Check-out is possible until 11 a.m. at the latest.
  • Other arrival or departure times are on request and subject to occupancy. A supplement will be charged for early arrival or later departure hours.
  • Free luggage storage is available.
  • We have a small dog Filou and unfortunately cannot allow other animals in our B&B because of this.
  • Our B&B is less suitable for (small) children or babies for practical reasons.
  • All rooms are on the second floor and only accessible by stairs. 
  • B&B Otentik is completely smoke-free.
